What are your responsibilities?
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager works as an integral part of our global Marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue growth. You will leverage your deep understanding of AP4 Group’s audiences and develop effective strategies to reach them. This is a remote based position. However, up to 25% travel is required.
Essential Duties
- Own demand generation activities to ensure pipeline targets are achieved.
- Content: Create, guide, and provide oversight of the creation of sales-ready messages and compelling value propositions to leverage as a primary tool to generate interest and leads.
- Website: Oversee Ap4 Group websites to optimize content, landing pages, and lead capture forms to support demand generation goals of driving awareness and generating qualified leads
- Develop and execute campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive demand.
- Analyze campaign performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage marketing automation: Manage marketing automation and lead management processes.
- Create targeted strategies: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for specific customer segments.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with business units, sales, and product/service teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Create a process for working with leads: Create a process for working with leads to ensure a consistent and customer-oriented hand-off from marketing to sales.
- Translate data into campaign success: Translate data points into measures of campaign success to address executive teams.
- Testimonials: Leverage digital tools (website, CRM) to identify potential references/seek testimonials for industry and customer referrals.
- A minimum of 8 years marketing experience or 5+ years marketing in the power and energy industry.
- Experience in B2B Marketing with account-based marketing knowledge
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field from an accredited university or college.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proven track record of leading demand generation campaigns and pipelines.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and departmental resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to attend industry events.
